Walkers see their round, not your business
A walker's sign-in shows the walker view only: today's assigned walks, the dogs and owners on them, the reports they wrote. No money, no other clients, no settings. That is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
Managers run the office
A manager can do everything an owner can except change the plan and billing: book, assign, invoice, message and reply. For a growing round it means the owner can walk on Tuesdays again.
Attribution that owners notice
Walk reports say who did the walk. Owners get to know the walker by name, which matters when it is not always you at the door. Tips can be sent to a named walker as well as to the business.
